Matt Bosworth, Counselor
Matt grew up as the middle child of three siblings in Cleveland, Ohio. His interests growing up revolved around family, friends, music, and sports. As such, yes, he grew up rooting for terrible sports teams such as the Browns. This has not held him back in life though! During some of his formative years, he noticed a passion in himself for the service and care of others that sent him on a path that ultimately led him out to Seattle.
Matt attended the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago where he acquired a degree in pastoral ministry. It was there that he met Ellie, whom he married shortly after the two of them graduated. In hopes of continuing their education, the two of them set out towards Seattle three years ago and have continued their journey as graduate students at The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. Matt is currently in his last year of the Masters in Counseling Psychology program. Though life is very busy, he likes to spend his free time with his family when he is not in school or at work. Matt and Ellie recently became new parents, so they spend most of their time doing activities outside with their young daughter and their two pups. If you can’t find them on a hike, you can count on Matt to be singing songs on his ukulele to one his two favorite ladies or you might spot him out for a joy ride on his motorcycle!
